What we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
Principle
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. It only collects the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form.
Data collected
When you use the contact form we receive: your name, your organisation, your e-mail address, your telephone number if you provide it, the field and subject of your enquiry, and the content of your message.
Purpose
This data is used solely to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to continue the commercial or technical exchange arising from it. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Recipients
Messages are sent only to the SiraNex Engineering staff responsible for handling incoming enquiries. Technical delivery is provided by our form provider, Web3Forms, acting as a processor, which does not retain message content beyond transmission.
Retention
Enquiries with no follow-up are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Exchanges that lead to a contractual relationship follow the statutory retention period for commercial records.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS certificate). The form is protected by an anti-robot honeypot field and stores no submitted data locally.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of data concerning you. To exercise it, write to info@siranex-eng.com stating your request. We reply within thirty days.

This policy may be updated. The date of last amendment appears below.
