From the client’s stated requirement through to the construction documents, we carry out the full range of studies: diagnosis, options analysis, sizing, drawings, bills of quantities and cost estimates, tender documents. We assess the quality and durability of the works at every stage of the project: selection of materials and methods, verification of design assumptions, compliance with national standards and funding agency requirements, and the operating and maintenance conditions the works will face. The aim is a structure that lasts, at a controlled life-cycle cost, with documented environmental performance.
